Solution Architect with German - REMOTE

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Global Services and Solutions organization, focusing on large and complex services opportunities. Your expertise will support the sales process, ensuring the assembly of the appropriate deal team and driving successful bid execution. This position involves significant collaboration with various internal stakeholders and requires effective communication skills to engage with customer management, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Accountabilities
- Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.
- Assess customers business and technical needs and challenges related to their printing environment.
- Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using HPI portfolio components.
- Architect an appropriate end-to-end solution to meet customers business requirements.
- Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, risk plans, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of Solutions initiatives.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain excellent communications with customer executive management.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in technical selling and/or consultative selling.
- Experience in a virtual team environment is preferred.
- Fluent in English; German language knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent soft skills with ability to tailor communication to different management levels.
- Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of products and services in the relevant industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.
