Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project schedules and sequence
- Assist in all site construction operations and assist in scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Evaluate progress and prepare daily job logs as required
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Ensure that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed
- Assist in updating schedules, tracking progress, and documenting project progression via Procore Daily log and photos tools.
- Oversee and manage an “Area” of the project ie. Exteriors or interiors or common areas.
- Coordinate subcontractors, perform quality control and safety checks and provide on-site direction when preparing construction sites with minimal direction from Superintendent.
- Leverage Procore Observations tool during quality walks to ensure incomplete work and/or deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner.
- Adjust to changes in on-site operations as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
- Maintain good relations with all city officials, owners, personnel, and subcontracted trades and suppliers
- Coordinate with inspection authorities and assist with ensuring projects meet inspection requirements.
- Assist in site preparation for early access to leasing teams and marketing teams to promote the timely delivery of the project to future tenants
- Work with APM to manage punch list process for the project.
