Overview
We're seeking an Account Manager who can strengthen relationships while working deeply with our internal teams to deliver seamless, strategic work.
This role isn't just about managing communication; it's about integration. You'll be embedded within cross-functional teams' strategy, creative, lifecycle, and lifecycle marketing team, ensuring that client priorities are clearly understood, translated into actionable plans, and executed with precision. You'll guide projects from kickoff to results, balancing client partnership with internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and partnership through clear communication and strategic understanding.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate client goals into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in internal planning sessions to align scope, resourcing, and deadlines with client expectations.
- Ensure reports and performance updates are accurate, insightful, and sent to clients ahead of meetings for review.
- Lead bi-monthly client meetings and short off-week check-ins to keep relationships strong and information flowing.
- Identify patterns in client feedback or campaign performance to inform future recommendations and process improvements.
- Maintain strong awareness of client scope and proactively manage requests that may require add-ons or adjustments.
- Work with the Project Manager to keep deliverables aligned with timelines, ensuring no bottlenecks between teams.
- Contribute to system improvements reporting templates, workflow optimizations, and client experience enhancements.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in account or client success management within a marketing, creative, or agency environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing from paid and lifecycle to creative and analytics.
- Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and moving parts simultaneously.
Comfortable in fast-paced, remote, growing environments with evolving processes.
