We are looking for a Mail Center Associate to provide highly accurate and timely services to our Berwyn teams and clients
Responsibilities:
- Processing and distributing incoming mail
- Monitoring shipping and mailing supply levels
- Filing documents
- Assisting with outbound mail as needed
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and able to comprehend and interpret basic information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Works well under tight time constraints
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Adaptability as well as the aptitude and desire to learn
Preferred Consideration Given For:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in business or a similar focus
- 1-plus years' experience in a mail room/shipping environment
Full-time (5 days/week) in Fort Washington, PA office.

The base pay range for this role is $18.00 – $22.00/hour. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
We give priority to candidates residing in states where we have offices: Minnesota, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota.
We will only consider applicants who live in these states: CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, and WI. Applicants outside of these states will not be considered for this position.
