Chicken N Pickle is searching for a driven and enthusiastic Event Sales Representative to help bring the energy of our one-of-a-kind eatertainment venues to life. If you're passionate about sales, hospitality, and helping guests turn moments into memories, then step right up to the court!
As an ESR you'll guide guests through the event planning process, manage inbound leads, and collaborate with our Operations and Culinary teams to ensure flawless events that keep guests coming back. You'll build lasting relationships, contribute to big revenue wins, and help us stay the most talked-about spot in town for private parties, celebrations, fundraisers and more!
In this role, you will:
- Manage inbound event inquiries with urgency, accuracy and professionalism
- Convert leads into booked business while consistently hitting personal sales goals
- Confidently negotiate, upsell and close with a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain detailed booking info and BEO accuracy using TripleSeat tools
- Conduct follow-ups to secure repeat business and gather feedback
- Support creative programming by assisting with market-specific property events
- Partner with the Community Coordinator to execute impactful community events
- Communicate event details clearly with Event Operations and Culinary teams
- Track KPIs and utilize dashboards to improve performance and pipeline visibility

Key Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented with superb accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive and confident using digital tools
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business or Marketing preferred
