The role:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will help Account Executives close more revenue by providing everything needed throughout the sales process: technical demos, trials, and post-sales onboarding (in partnership with the Technical Support team). This role requires deep technical knowledge in networking and computer science to support multiple Coram product lines.
What you'll do:
- Join sales demos as needed to answer technical questions from prospects
- Bring strong technical credibility to customer calls
- Help Account Executives architect solutions to meet customer needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during trials and onboarding
- Write or update product documentation where gaps exist
- Work closely with Technical Support Engineers as deals close and customers are onboarded
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in computer networking
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, and API integrations
- Ability to read and understand API documentation to integrate with the Coram application

Compensation:
The OTE range for this role is $100,000–$180,000, plus equity.
