As a Program Manager at Hammerspace, you will play a pivotal role in driving execution and alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Operations. You'll manage complex programs that bring new products and features from concept to launch, ensuring that cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and delivering against clear milestones. This is a hands-on, high visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and loves turning ambiguity into structured action.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution for new product introduction (NPI) process. The process will require coordination and execution with multiple teams in a cross-functional approach.
- Define clear program objectives, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands priorities, dependencies, and risks.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Product, Support, and Sales Enablement to ensure product readiness, documentation, and training are in place for launches.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Report program status and outcomes to executive leadership with clear, data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a software or data infrastructure environment
- Proven success managing cross-functional product launches or complex engineering programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid development environments
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a fast paced, high growth company
- Excellent problem solving and risk management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with primarily remote teams via zoom and slack.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent program tracking systems
- Familiar with Hardware and Appliance product launches

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $170,000-210,000.Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
