Overview:
Provide quick and efficient service to guests. Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, answer questions and make suggestions, ring orders into POS system, prepare and serve hot and cold drinks. Assemble food and beverage orders, check them for completeness and accuracy and package orders. Collect payment from guests and make change. Maintain cleanliness of counters, floors, tables, and condiments.
Experience:
Customer service and restaurant/food truck experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years old. Must be able to operate the food truck vehicle. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other Team Members. Must possess excellent guest relations skills.
Physical:
Able to stand and walk quickly for periods of up to four hours. Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Wage Range & Benefits
$20.76 -$20.76 hourly + Tips
Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company's 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment. PSST is available for all front of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
