WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will own and manage all sales, distribution, and execution activities within your assigned state. You'll be responsible for growing revenue, expanding distribution, and building strong relationships with key partners across all Route to Market (RTM) channels including DSD, wholesalers, sub-distributors, and retailers.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy, field execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will identify growth opportunities, strengthen market presence, and ensure best-in-class retail execution all while representing Vivazen's performance-driven culture and commitment to excellence.
You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and serve as the primary commercial leader for your state.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow sales volume, revenue, and market share across the assigned state.
- Expand distribution through wholesalers, sub-distributors, DSD partners, and independent retailers.
- Lead all Route to Market (RTM) planning and execution, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributor partners and retail decision-makers to ensure alignment and performance.
- Identify high-potential opportunities to improve market penetration and product visibility.
- Oversee in-store execution standards including merchandising, pricing, and promotional compliance.
- Conduct regular market visits and business reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
- Use data analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs, analyze trends, and guide territory strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, trade, and operations to activate field programs and retail initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, forecasts, and performance reports in CRM systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2–5 years of regional or field sales experience within CPG, beverage, supplement, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel distribution models, including DSD and wholesaler networks.
- Demonstrated success in managing large territories and delivering sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical, organized, and process-driven, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
COMPENSATION
