You will use the LIGHT model to guide clinical decision-making and support clients in achieving sustainable recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide weekly individual therapy for assigned clientsFacilitate 2–3 therapeutic groups per week on PNLH-selected topicsUse the LIGHT model in assessment, education, and counselingCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and respond to client needsMonitor service utilization and coordinate care with internal and external providersMaintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentationEnsure compliance with authorization and billing requirementsMaintain client confidentiality and participate in case conferencesOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services fieldCADC, CAADC, or MCBAP Development Plan (support provided to obtain plan if not currently held)PreferredMaster’s degree and licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.)Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder counselingTraining in trauma-informed careExperience treating co-occurring mental health disordersFamiliarity with authorization processes for Michigan’s PIHP systemCompensationCompetitive hourly rate up to $30.00, commensurate with education and experience
