About the role
We are seeking a reliable licensed electrician (or subcontracting electrical business) to support our commercial lighting projects in the Seattle area. If you have a valid electrical license and business license, enjoy fast-moving work, and want short-term contract assignments, this could be a great opportunity.
Most work will be performed in November, December and January as we are a Christmas lighting company. Looking for help on our commercial projects.
Scope of Work:
- Perform commercial lighting installation, wiring and/or support work under subcontract terms.
- Work will be coordinated on site with our project team; you'll be responsible for your own tools and transportation as needed.
- Must comply with Washington licensing/contracting requirements and local codes.
Requirements:
- Valid Washington State electrical license (Journeyman/Master or equivalent)
- Registered/valid business contractor license (or ability to act as a subcontractor business) in WA.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial electrical work (installations, wiring, lighting)
- Own tools and reliable transportation to job-site
- Professional conduct, reliable attendance for the engagement period
- Ability to coordinate with our project team and adhere to schedule
- Clean driving record preferred (if driving company vehicle or traveling between sites)
- Ability to invoice as a subcontractor (business to business) under your business license
What You Get:
