Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Conway, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $15/hour depending on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our production team in Conway, SC. The position involves preparing mineral mixtures by adding water according to specified recipes, allowing the material to harden similar to concrete. The role also includes packing and preparing finished products for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Mix water with minerals according to formulas and production instructions
- Monitor consistency and hardening process of materials
- Package and label finished products for shipping
- Load, stack, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Prior manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Background check required
