Job Description:
Carolinas Staffing is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join the team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule & Pay:
Shift: 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Work Days: Monday – Thursday (48-hour work week)
Days Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of die cutting machines.
- Load materials into machines and monitor production for accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine checks to ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous mechanical experience required.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass all required pre-employment screenings.
