Ceramic CNC Machinist
Location: Conway, SC
Pay: $17/hour starting out, $19.87 when hired on, $20.86 in 6 months, $22.95 in 1 year
⏱ Schedule: Rotating 12-hour Swing Shift
2 weeks: 7 AM–7 PM → 2 weeks: 7 PM–7 AM (Repeat)
This role involves machining ceramic and metal parts to precise specifications. You will operate CNC machines, table saws, grinders, and hand tools; perform trimming, deburring, and finishing; and use precision measuring tools to verify accuracy. You’ll read blueprints, follow strict quality and safety standards, and work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
Requirements

Experience with machining, CNC equipment, grinding, and finishing.

Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers and other precision tools.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of safety procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
✅ Safety-first mindset & PPE compliance
✅ High school diploma/GED
✅ Industrial/mechanical experience
✅ Able to lift 50–100 lbs with assistance
✅ Comfortable working in heat may be up to 15 degrees hotter than outside
✅ Clean-shaven (required for respirator use)
✅ Basic computer/data entry skills
✅ Preferred: Crane use, micrometers, and feeler gauges experience
✅ Must pass Drug Screen & Background Check
