We are currently looking for an AVP Retail who will cultivate and sustain member relationships that maximize member satisfaction, retention and loyalty. Follow our sales strategies and member development process with immediate needs assessment and fulfillment providing the opportunity for the credit union to deepen the relationship with our members. Build credit union staff awareness and trust in our products and services by effectively modeling the advantage of bridging credit union products and services with their needs. Have considerable knowledge of branch operations and consumer lending credit practices
AVP Retail will be responsible for the leadership development of staff. The position will require travel to The Police Credit Union branches to train, coach and lead a team with superior member service, building positive relationships with all departments and peers.
