We have an opening for an experienced, bilingual, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we’re known for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Communicate in both English and Spanish with customers verbally and in writing
· Answer inbound customer calls and follow up on voicemails
· Promote products, services, and maintenance plans
· Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
· Make outbound calls
· Monitor and reply to customer emails
· Document customer concerns and resolution
· Assist with customer mailings and related projects
· Other duties as assigned
· Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings
