Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles accurately and efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform work in accordance with factory and dealership standards, ensuring quality and safety.
- Stay current with Mazda training and other OEM certifications to maintain technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean and notify the service advisor immediately of any changes to the vehicle’s appearance or condition.
- Keep the shop area neat, organized, and clean to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a proven track record of effective troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent written communication skills for reports and manuals
- Effective verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions
- Ability to analyze and resolve practical problems in variable situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
