What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda vehicles (and other makes)
- Perform quality inspections and recommend services to customers
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow techs to deliver top-tier service
- Stay up to date with the latest Honda technical bulletins and procedures
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Management skills: Ability to lead, take charge, and offer direction
- Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolving problems
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships
