We're looking for a Hotel Technology Support Technician to provide critical technology support across our hotel portfolio. This role serves as the technical backbone for hotel operations, ensuring systems like PMS, POS, HSIA, VoIP, and back-office infrastructure are secure, stable, and optimized.
What will you be doing most days?
· Respond to IT issues via ticketing platform, email, and on-site support
· Troubleshoot hardware (desktop, laptops, printers, peripherals) and software problems
· Facilitate the implementation, support, and maintenance of hotel technologies
· Provide support to technology vendors' support organizations
· Lead the IT setup and configuration of new hotel openings and renovations
· Maintain and support Windows-based systems, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and networking
What are the requirements for this position?
· You have 3-5 years experience in IT support (hospitality / multi-site preferred)
· Hands-on experience with:
- Windows OS (Desktop / Server)
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Switches, firewalls, VLANs
- POS & PMS systems (Simphony, Toast, Opera, PEP, FOSSE)
· Excellent communication and follow-through
· Comfortable supporting users remotely and on-site
· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing fast-paced environments
Physical Requirements for this Position
This is largely a sedentary role; however, you must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.
Travel Requirements
This position requires up to 25% travel. Travel may be outside the local area and overnight.
