Accruity is looking for a persistent and personable Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll play a key part in lead conversion and relationship development. You'll be first point of contact for potential clients and partners, representing Accruity with professionalism and energy while creating a seamless, value-driven introduction to our firm

What you'll do
From prospect outreach to post-onboarding engagement, this role plays a hands-on part in delivering the clarity and care our clients expect. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective clients and affiliates
- Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Identify affiliate opportunities and maintain relationships
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track all outreach and follow ups
- Represent Accruity at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences
- Generate new leads by building in-person relationships and following up after events
- Assist with coordinating event logistics and preparing materials
- Join sales calls, manage follow up, and support the close of deals
- Assist with Scope of Work preparation and documentation
- Track prospect progress through the sales pipeline and flag opportunities for conversion

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales coordination, or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable making 20+ calls a day
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Highley organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through on commitments.
- Comfortable attending networking events and representing the company professionally
- Ability to travel up to 25%
