Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview:
- The RN will deliver nursing care to patients who are recovering from surgical procedures
- Perform patient assessments accurately and timely
- Organizes and coordinate patient care based on a comprehensive assessment
- Safely implements the plan of care for patients, either directly or by delegation to healthcare team members
- Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
- Ability to work with other members of the healthcare team to meet patient needs
- Effectively communicates in writing and orally with patients/families and other health team members
- Ability to interact positively and to communicate well with patients, families, coworkers, employees, supervisors and other hospital employees.
- Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality
- Supports unit quality/performance improvement
- Meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care
Qualifications:
- Missouri RN license
- BLS Certification Required
- Annual influenza vaccine required.
