We are seeking a General Manager – Technical Division to lead our skilled team of supervisors and technicians. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in mechanical trades, commercial services, or technical operations management.
Position Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 4 supervisors and 11 technicians, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of projects for commercial clients. This individual will play a key role in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, vendor management, and business growth, while also supporting strategic initiatives to expand services and markets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
- Total Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually (with performance bonuses and incentives)
- Bonus Plan: Annual performance bonus (up to 20% of base), quarterly incentives, and project/expansion bonuses.
