The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of the center. This includes the repair and upkeep of bowling and gaming equipment, setup and management of technology-based systems, and interior and exterior maintenance. This position is also tasked with training, developing, and coaching team members to ensure smooth operations, a safe environment for all, and a top-notch guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of facility and maintenance.
- Uphold operational procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor operations and use of all equipment and systems.
- Lead, support, and develop the facilities team.
- Manage staffing, training, and hiring for respective departments.
- Oversee parts inventory and equipment orders.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding necessary repairs and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental requirements and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Basic working knowledge of hand tools is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently; up to 40 lbs. occasionally
- Understanding and knowledge of electronics, computers, mechanics, and hydraulics.
- Knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment preferred.
- General knowledge of related OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Able to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
