We are seeking a Senior Predictive Modeling Scientist to lead the development of advanced models that drive business decisions and innovation. As a Senior Predictive Modeling Scientist, you will design, implement, and deploy predictive models that support underwriting, claims, and pricing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. What you will do: Develop and maintain reproducible data pipelines for predictive modeling. Design and implement models using classical and machine learning time series methods. Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and data analytics teams to deploy models into production. Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate model insights. Ensure model governance, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in predictive modeling. What we are looking for: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in predictive modeling, preferably in the insurance industry. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, Tensorflow etc.). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps frameworks. Strong understanding of actuarial principles and regulatory requirements. Demonstrable knowledge in statistics, data science, and actuarial science. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
