Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- ASE certification preferred (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence)
- Proficiency in using various hand tools, precision measurement tools, and shop equipment
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools (flux capacitor) and heavy equipment (e.g., lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to read and understand complex technical manuals and schematics
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in cramped spaces
- Valid and clean motor vehicle history report
- Valid driver’s license
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
- Basic computer and reporting skills

Compensation: The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25 and $50
