How You’ll Make an Impact
The CNC Service Technician will be responsible for planning and accomplishing a daily routine of custodial and maintenance related tasks that provide personnel with an environmentally safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to work.
What you’ll be doing as a CNC Service Technician:
- Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.
- Perform a wide variety of general maintenance using numerous hand and power tools
- Develop and monitor maintenance programs for CNC machining equipment
- Ensure chip bins are emptied as required and chip area is maintained
- Ensure maintenance of all machine coolant and fluid levels daily
- Ensure routine maintenance on facility custodial equipment is performed
- Ensure lavatories are cleaned daily and as often needed
- Oversee non-cleaning tasks in general facility maintenance, i.e., changing light bulbs, filling paper and soap dispensers, assisting in setting up for meetings/conferences
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiencies and expedite workflow
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, policies, and laws determined by the company, state, and federal authorities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications (Education, skills, and experience):
- 3 years’ CNC Machine maintenance (Mills & Lathes) experience in manufacturing or similar environment
Preferred Qualifications (Education, skills, and experience):
- Motivated, dependable individual who exhibits a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift
- Good verbal communication skills
- Mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity
- Ability to excel in an environment with fast-paced periods of intense deadlines and fluctuating workload
- Team player with a can-do attitude

Work Environment:
A large percentage of work time is spent in a machine shop where temperatures vary from hot to cold. The environment may also include exposure to noise, dust, fumes, vapor from coolant, etc. Industry standard safety equipment is provided by the Company, and specific notice is posted in areas where safety equipment is required.
Compensation and Benefits:

The CNC Service Technician Compensation range for onsite Washington applicants is $35-45/hr. commensurate with experience. Some shifts may include shift differential pay rates. Other site ranges may differ.
