This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee local delivery drivers, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of our transportation services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, solid knowledge of Seattle’s geography, and a passion for the transportation industry. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships.Assess client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored transportation solutions.Oversee account performance, ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable service.Identify opportunities to expand services and drive account growth.Respond quickly and effectively to client concerns, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.Provide regular account reports, performance metrics, and market insights.Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams for seamless service execution.Manage and support local delivery drivers to ensure safe and efficient delivery operations.Handle email communications with professionalism and efficiency.Contribute actively as part of a small, collaborative, and fast-moving team.High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and email management tools.In-depth knowledge of Seattle geography, traffic patterns, and local regulations (required).General knowledge of U.S. geography (preferred).Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and oversee delivery drivers in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with transportation and logistics processes (preferred).Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and team success.Ability to travel locally for client meetings and occasional industry events.Comfortable working on-site in Renton, WA with a small, collaborative team.Additional RequirementsValid driver’s license.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet client and company objectives.Work ScheduleStandard 8-hour workday with required meal and rest breaks.Flexibility to ensure responsibilities are covered during absences.Physical DemandsRegularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers for computer work, reach with arms, talk, and hear.Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.Strong written communication skills for reports and client interactions.Clear, professional verbal communication with internal teams and external clients.Featured BenefitsThis role is eligible for various benefits including:Insurance options for Employees (and their families) include Medical, Dental, Vision, STD & LTD insurance.Health Savings Account with company contributions.Flexible Spending Account.Paid basic life insurance for employees.Employees can enroll in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match of 3.5%.Sick Pay: 80 hours front-loaded.Vacation Pay: 80 hours per year and increases based on tenure with the Company.Paid Holidays: 7 days per year.Employee Assistance Program.***Salary Range: $31.25 - $38.50 Hourly Salary Range***Salary Range: $31.25 - $38.50 Hourly Salary Range
