JOB SUMMARY
Maintains the hospital buildings) in a safe, inhabitable and workable condition relative to heat, light, power, air conditioning and other broad environmental factors. Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and perform routine general maintenance repairs by overhauling, replacing and performing preventive maintenance procedures with minimal assistance of the Facilities Manager. Will perform shift duties and maintenance duties as circumstances, situations, scheduling and staffing levels require.
