About the facility:The skilled nursing facility is a 82-bed facility located in Ash Grove, MO that includes a memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
A typical day includes:
- Overseeing operations/policies, and procedures are met
- Supervising staff in areas of education, orientation, coordination, documentation, and professional behavior
- Setting an example to other employees by professional attitude and behavior
Job Requirements:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors
- Experience: LTC experience
- Skills: a strong blend of leadership, communication, and clinical expertise, along with skills in staffing and budgeting, problem-solving and conflict resolution
- License: RN
- Physical: Fine motor skills are needed for a variety of tasks, such as charting, administering medications if needed, and handling equipment.
The position is: Temporary Full-time, Days.
