Coordinate closely with the engineering team to ensure a seamless handoff and accuracy of engineering deliverables before releasing projects to production.
Financial Oversight & Control:

Proactively manage project budgets, meticulously tracking costs, labor, and materials within our INNERGY ERP system.
-
Prepare, submit, and negotiate change orders, ensuring all scope changes are properly documented and billed.
-
Collaborate with the accounting department to manage project billing schedules and applications for payment.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for the General Contractor and other key stakeholders, providing regular, clear, and professional project updates.
-
Manage the flow of information, including RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely responses and approvals to maintain project momentum.
-
Facilitate seamless coordination between our internal departments to resolve challenges and ensure the project flows efficiently from design to installation.
Risk & Quality Management:
-
Identify potential project risks (schedule delays, budget overruns, scope creep) and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
-
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, architectural drawings, and AWI standards, coordinating with our quality control team to guarantee an exceptional final product.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
-
3+ years of project management experience within the commercial construction or architectural millwork industry.
