What you can expect in this role
The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, sales strategy development, and cross-
functional collaboration to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
- Product/Service Expertise:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of company offerings.
- Effectively articulate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight value propositions.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Skillfully negotiate terms, prices, and agreements to close deals.
- Address objections and concerns to guide customers toward favorable outcomes.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Resolve inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Compensation:
- Starting Base Salary: $35,000
- Commission: 5% on Sales
