Job Description
We are seeking a Help Desk Coordinator to provide advanced technical support and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate will have proven technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex support issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for complex issues
- Mentor and train junior help desk specialists
- Develop and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications
