What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with ease
- Provide local recommendations and insider tips to enhance guest stays
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Keep the lobby and front desk area inviting and organized
What you should bring to the table:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in hotel front desk desired
- Flexibility to work on day or evening shifts
