Director of Operations Women's Health Position Summary
The Director of Operations, Women’s Health provides leadership and oversight for all operational, financial, and administrative functions within the Women’s Health division of the physician network. This division includes general obstetrics, gynecology, and subspecialty practices such as maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and gynecologic oncology. The Director ensures practices deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and alignment with the health system’s women’s health strategies..
Director of Operations Women's Health Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in physician practice operations or health system ambulatory services is required.
Director of Operations Women's Health Schedule
- Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday
- Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.
