Your Role & Impact
As a Respiratory Therapist at Beacon Health Three Rivers, you will be responsible for delivering critical respiratory care to patients, from routine treatments to emergency interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment & Treatment – Evaluate and treat patients with respiratory conditions, optimizing their breathing and pulmonary function.
Emergency Response – React quickly in life-threatening situations, providing essential respiratory interventions.
Ventilator Management – Monitor and adjust ventilator settings for patients in critical care to ensure optimal respiratory support.
Patient & Family Education – Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions, treatments, and best practices for management.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Michigan
✔ Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
✔ Previous healthcare experience (preferred, especially in critical care or respiratory diagnostics)
✔ BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (required)
✔ Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and teamwork skills
