About The Role
As a Virtual Chat Assistant in our Customer Support department, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our customers via live chat. This is a full-time, hourly position where you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our company. What You'll Do
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and professional support.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and account details.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Deliver accurate information and resources to customers in clear and understandable language.
- Document customer interactions and updates using internal tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM tools, and basic technical troubleshooting.
