Valley Health Systems, Inc. – the parent organization of Holyoke Medical Center and Holyoke Medical Group, provides a broad range of physician services in offices conveniently located throughout Western Massachusetts. Services include specialty practices, adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in care.
We are seeking an experienced RN to collaborate in planning and implementing educational activities for the Physician Practices to meet identified learning needs. Individual plans, teaches and evaluates core orientation/in-service classes for all Physician Practice employees and works directly with managers and preceptors to evaluate orientee's progress and makes recommendations to meet the individual learner's needs. Travel to Valley Health System’s practice is required. The preferred candidate will have the ability to implement and educate Quality Improvement Methods such as PDSA cycles and Root Cause Analysis and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; current license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse; five years of Clinical Experience in Acute or Practice Setting
