- Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
What You'll Do
- Create a warm and comfortable environment for patients from check-in to checkout
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist during chairside procedures
- Take high-quality digital x-rays and ensure accurate charting and recordkeeping
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness in accordance with OSHA guidelines
- Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene techniques
- Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and maintained
- Support administrative flow as needed to enhance patient care delivery
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of prior dental assistance experience (required)
- Certification from an accredited Dental Assistant program (preferred)
- Current NY State Dental Assistant license or DANB CDA/ICE/RHS (preferred)
- CPR certification (required)
- Working knowledge of Denticon and digital radiography (preferred)
- Proficiency with taking digital x-rays (required)
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and patient-first mentality
