Position Summary:

The Clinical Dietician is responsible for assessing appropriateness of diet and/or supplemental feedings, application of nutritional principles and consultation for patients treated in the Tammy Walker Cancer Center (TWCC). The Clinical Dietician serves as an essential link between the patients treated at TWCC and all other healthcare providers in order to facilitate the best outcomes for the patient; collaborates with all entities of the TWCC, SRHC, etc. to serve as a resource; and develops and provides patient education programs, educates patients about nutrition, and follows the patient throughout the treatment process.
