CES Hiebing is looking for a dependable and motivated Preventative Maintenance Technician who is ready to jumpstart a career as a refrigeration technician. In this entry-level role, you’ll receive hands-on experience with various equipment, participate in ongoing training, and work closely with experienced technicians as you develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Complete independent learning assignments and attend training classes (in-house and manufacturer-led)
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols
- Maintain clear communication with team members and office staff
- Keep a clean and organized work environment, including vehicle inventory and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be punctual, reliable, and coachable
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Compensation details: 19-24 Hourly Wage
