CES Hiebing is looking for a dependable and motivated Preventative Maintenance Technician who is ready to jumpstart a career as a refrigeration technician. In this entry-level role, you’ll receive hands-on experience with various equipment, participate in ongoing training, and work closely with experienced technicians as you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment
Assist technicians with troubleshooting and minor repairs
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Complete independent learning assignments and attend training classes (in-house and manufacturer-led)
Follow safety procedures and company protocols
Maintain clear communication with team members and office staff
Keep a clean and organized work environment, including vehicle inventory and equipment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be punctual, reliable, and coachable
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Compensation details: 19-24 Hourly Wage
