What You'll Do:
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles accurately and efficiently
· Perform work in accordance with factory and dealership standards
· Stay current with Mazda training and other OEM certifications
· Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Compensation & Benefits:
· Flat-rate pay: $26.50 to $40.00 per flag hour, based on experience and certifications
· $1,000 sign-on bonus for Mazda-certified or experienced Mazda technicians

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
· Minimum 2–3 years of professional technician experience required
· Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
· Mazda experience and certifications strongly preferred
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
· Must provide your own tools
