Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through the live chat platform in a timely and professional manner
- Offer prompt and accurate solutions to customers" problems, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Monitor and track customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Contribute to the improvement of our live chat procedures and resources
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is a plus
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
The pay range for this role is:27.15 - 33 USD per hour(Remote (Washington, District of Columbia, US))
