Location: Rocky Mountain Kidney Care – Lone Tree, CO
Pay Range: $17.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience
Are you an energetic and detail-oriented individual looking for a temporary opportunity in a healthcare setting? Rocky Mountain Kidney Care in Lone Tree, CO, is seeking a Temporary Medical Office Receptionist to support our front desk operations and help create a positive experience for our adult/geriatric ESRD patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages
Distribute forms to patients and assist with completion as needed
Verify and update patient records, including ID and insurance information
Take patient photographs and upload to electronic records
Monitor and restock patient literature in the waiting area
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Confirm upcoming appointments and document all communication in patient charts
Ensure all calls are returned by the end of each day
Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and safety

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical front office or direct patient care role
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with computers and basic office equipment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
