About the Role
As a BDR, you work closely and collaboratively with our Sales and Marketing teams to effectively generate and qualify opportunities. You will be in partnership with Account Executives and Demand Generation Specialist to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Revenue teams to execute targeted outbound email campaigns aligned with strategic go-to-market priorities.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to craft personalized outreach that communicates value and resonates with our ideal client profiles.
- Support A/B testing and performance optimization of outbound messaging and email sequences.
- Track key outreach metrics (e.g. open rates, response rates, meeting conversion, etc.) and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Research and identify prospective accounts and contacts within the investment management industry.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on building and updating target lists.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before passing them to Sales Account Executives for demos and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update Dynamics CRM with accurate and timely information on prospects, outreach activity, and pipeline progression.
- Represent the company at industry events and client-facing meetings, as appropriate.
- Assist with RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business dev/sales in a B2B client-facing position.
- Investment management industry experience beneficial.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales tactics and tools, with a focus on email-based and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with CRM and sale engagement platforms (e.g. Dynamics, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
