We are looking for an Affiliate PR Media Manager to build and grow our affiliate media capabilities and lead paid media initiatives within the consumer PR division. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Public Relations, this individual will collaborate closely with the PR team to develop and scale an affiliate PR program, leveraging process expertise to design, implement, and optimize client campaigns. They will actively participate in strategic client meetings and partner with the performance media team—including specialists in influencer relations, paid social, and media strategy—to ensure campaign execution aligns with both PR and paid media objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to amplify earned PR coverage and influencer content.
- Manage affiliate marketing efforts, including onboarding and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners and platforms like ShareASale, Impact, and Rakuten.
- Collaborate with influencers and publishers participating in affiliate programs to drive performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Work with PR, influencer, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy across paid and partner channels.
- Build reports and media plans showing performance against KPIs.
- Stay up to date on digital trends, platform updates, and affiliate best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing paid affiliate media campaigns; agency or high-growth brand experience preferred.
- Experience in affiliate marketing platforms and strategies; direct experience managing affiliate programs is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and scale performance-driven media.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with paid media and affiliate dashboards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with influencer marketing and content amplification is a plus.
