At Horizon Blue ABA, we’re building a culture rooted in care, not just for the families we serve, but for the BCBAs and RBTs who make that care possible. Every child, regardless of background, deserves quality ABA. And every team member deserves the same care in return.
We’re looking for a BCBA with heart. Someone who can lead, inspire, and help us shape something meaningful. Growth comes with challenges, but we believe in recognizing and rewarding the people who help us build. This is more than a job. It’s a chance to shape a program, inspire a team, and be part of something with long-term impact.
If you're Medicaid-credentialed and ready to lead with purpose, we’d love to connect.
