About the role
The role of Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing small to complex projects within the Kuvare organization across all companies from ideation through to completion.Project Managers coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
What you"ll do
·Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
·Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
·Plan, schedule and track project timelines, deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools.
·Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
·Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
·Work with internal resources and processes as well as multiple outside vendor resources and processes
·Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
·Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
·Define project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
·Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
·Define and implement process improvements that will benefit the PMO and ultimately Kuvare
·Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Develop business relationships vital to the success of the project.
·Conduct project lessons learned and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree
·Five or more (5+) years of progressively responsible experience in an Enterprise PMO environment with exposure to planning, product development and vendor management.
·PMP designation or progress toward preferred.
·Experience in managing cross-platform projects and multiple vendors with moderate supervision
·Third Party Administrator and Vendor Management experience a plus
·Life insurance and financial service project management experience preferred
The pay range for this role is:100,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Rosemont)
