Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Providing personalized and effective solutions to customer concerns or problems with our data preservation solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Collaborating with our sales and support teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and updating our customer database with accurate and relevant information
- Participating in training and development programs to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, technical support, or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in the data preservation or technology industries is a plus
