Position overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join the People Team at Leverage Companies. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for all roles throughout the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a great understanding of talent acquisition best practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The estimated annual cash compensation for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
What you will do:
- Full Cycle Talent Acquisition:Lead recruitment efforts for all hires across all of our divisions.
- Role Articulation:Clearly and effectively communicate the responsibilities, expectations, and opportunities associated with each position to potential candidates.
- Company Storytelling:Share the vision, mission, and values of Leverage Companies to attract candidates who resonate with our company's ethos.
- Collaboration:Partner with business to streamline and standardize the recruitment process, from initial intake through offer letter delivery.
- Candidate Experience:Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting and Metrics:Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement in our hiring practices.
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive practices to effectively attract and retain top talent.
What you will bring to the table:

- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience. Experience within the real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency with ATS configuration and administration. Rippling experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to make best data-based hiring decisions.
- Track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5+ hires/month).
- Ability to effectively coach the business on recruiting best practices.
